Theater:

Lexington Children’s Theater; Costume Shop Manager and Resident Costume Designer

Duties included; supervision costume interns, over hire stitchers, and leading the day-to-day production, maintenance, and upkeep of all aspects of costume, costume crafts, puppetry, make-up, hair, wardrobe, and stock. Was primary contact and facilitator for guest designers.  Severed as primary shopper buyer and shipping receiver for the department. Additional duties include pattern drafting cutting, sewing and craft construction, shop organization, equipment maintenance, budgeting, expense tracking, organization of labor, supervision of load-in and strike, acquiring and maintaining inventory of materials, assisting the Props department in creation of soft goods, facilitating costume rentals to other theater and participating in fundraising and community events.  Shows included
